Who We Are
Clear Way Home is operated by Philip Hernandez and Jon W. business partners who share a commitment to recovery, wellness, and service.Philip is a former high school teacher with a background in meditation, yoga, and Capoeira. Jon is a general contractor and former outdoor guide who brings a passion for nature, movement, and hands-on care to everything he does.
Together, we bring heart, structure, and real-world experience to creating a stable, supportive home for sober living.
